Do we have a private pool or is it a community pool?
All of our vacation houses have a private pool, only the apartments or condos will have a community pool.

How do we know if our reservation has been accepted?
All reservations made thru our website will receive a confirmation. Therefore a valid E-mail address must be entered. A confirmation email will be in your Mailbox within 2 business days.

What is the difference between Classic - Luxury and Executive Homes?
First of all, A community is rated into three categories; Classic, Luxury or Executive standard. This standard is determined by the age of the community, how it is maintained and kept and what the extras are offered by that community. Each house is rated by the features it offers the customers. A Luxury Community for ex. Indian Creek may have a home upgraded to an Executive Home, because the house comes with extra Master Bedrooms, DVD player(s) with films and this on a surround system. At least a VCR + TV in every bedroom with films, bikes free to use, etc ... It speaks for itself really.

Is cleaning costs included into our rental prices?
Yes, the check-in check-out clean is always included for any stay that is longer than 4 days. You will be charged an extra cost if you would stay for less than 5 days. Intermediate cleans are on request only and will be charged accordingly.

What do we need to bring?
Travel as if you were going to a hotel. All of our homes are fully equipped with a hairdryer, washer, dryer, iron and board, as are all the linen and kitchen supplies. The only thing that you might want to bring, are some pool towels because those of you who like to swim a lot, could use more towels.
